From the moment we met
When my husband & I decided to put our home up for sale in August, 2008, we interviewed three realtors, before meeting with Stacie Muller. Where to start?
My wife and I had been kicking around the idea of buying a first home for a few years. After 3 actual attempts and as many realtors I finally met Stacie Muller at a networking meeting June of ’09. She said that when Rochelle and I were ready we would “Hit It Hard.” (House hunting, offers etc.) This was a new concept to me and apparently none of my previous agents had heard of it. I now know Stacie fairly well and it seems to be a common theme.
If you are able to get the house you want in this volatile environment you can’t give your good realtor enough credit. There were many obstacles ranging from the tedious to the bizarre (ask about the pigeons) in the way of our home and simply put: We would not have our home without Stacie. Period. Working with her was a pleasure and if my family follows the norm we will hire Stacie Muller again in 4 years 7 months.
